About the Instructor
Audrey’s love for yoga began as a child regularly accompanying her Mother to yoga class. Her yoga practice naturally blended into her other passions; dance, gymnastics, and fitness. Audrey integrates yoga principles of mindfulness and deep breathing into her coaching, group exercise, and personal training sessions to help participants be more focused and relax more deeply. She has her 200 hour yoga certification from the In-Body Academy, specializing in restorative yoga and yoga for skiers. Audrey’s mission is to inspire people to take better care of themselves body, mind, and spirit. When Audrey is not moving through a yoga flow, she is playing in the mountains, creating plant-based recipes, teaching cooking classes, and coaching outdoor athletes.
