The PVA Medical Services team is planning a site survey to the West Roxbury VA SCI/D Center and Brockton Long-Term Care Center on July 9-11, 2024. In preparation for that visit, we will be hosting a virtual Town Hall via Zoom on Monday, July 1st at 11:00AM. The feedback you provide at this Town Hall will be critical to the success of PVA’s site survey. They are interested in top concerns, challenges, and positive feedback regarding the care that you and our Chapter have received over this past year at the VA.
